Our beloved cat, Merry, has decided to take on the responsibility of discipling the kids. Especially Blondie. It's hysterical!
Blondie is really bad about running through the house (#2 on house rules - NO RUNNING IN THE HOUSE). Apparently Merry wasn't happy with the way I was handling things, so she's taken them into her own paws. Anytime Blondie runs through the house, Merry leaps up and runs right at Blondie and whacks her right on the leg or behind. This of course was making Blondie very upset that Merry was "attacking" her until we pinpointed what was causing Merry to do this. Now Blondie doesn't run through the house as much and when she does, Merry is there, ready to pounce!
And who says cats are useless? lol!
